How long does it take to receive my order?
The artwork is usually completed within 24 hours. For digital files, you will receive your proof for approval within this timeframe. If you order a physical product, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for delivery.
Can I request edits after receiving the preview?
Absolutely! We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom portrait. You can request any changes to the preview, and revisions are always free of charge.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. Digital files are delivered via email promptly after you approve the proof, so you can enjoy your custom artwork as soon as possible.
What if I’m not happy with the preview?
If the preview doesn’t meet your expectations, you are entitled to a full refund, and your order can be canceled at no cost. However, once you’ve approved the preview, the purchase is final, and we cannot offer refunds or accept returns, as each piece is made to order.
What materials do you use for physical prints?
We use premium artist-grade canvas, slim wooden frames in white or black, and high-quality poster paper to ensure your portrait is vibrant and long-lasting. All physical products are carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return and refund policy?
We do offer a 14-day return window for items that were damaged during delivery. For any other issues, returns are not accepted due to the personalized nature of our products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
