Return & Refund policy
Return Window: We accept returns for damaged physical items within 14 days of delivery.
At United Aim, we want you to be completely happy with your portrait. However, because each item is custom-made with your pet’s photo, we only accept returns for physical items that arrive damaged.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Have arrived physically damaged (scratches, tears, print errors, etc.).
- Be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Be unused and in its original condition.
Please note: We do not offer returns or refunds on digital downloads.
Return Rules Summary
- Returns accepted only for damaged physical items.
- Digital orders are non-refundable.
- No returns on custom portraits unless damaged.
- No return fee if the item was damaged.
- No restocking fee.
International Orders (UK, Canada, Australia, Germany)
This return policy applies to all orders, including international shipments. We accept returns for damaged physical items reported within 14 days of delivery, regardless of destination country. Digital downloads remain non-refundable for all regions.
Customers outside the United States will follow the same return procedure, and our team will provide return instructions once a damaged item is approved for return.
How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if:
- The item is damaged.
- The wrong item was delivered.
We’ll do our best to make it right. Depending on the case, we’ll either:
- Send a free replacement, or
- Offer a full refund once the item is returned.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Digital downloads.
- Custom-made portraits unless damaged.
- Sale items or gift cards.
If an item is returned used or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to send it back without issuing a refund.
Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Refunds
Once your return (if applicable) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank or credit card company.
