All portraits are custom-made using your pet’s photo.

    • Production time: 1–2 business days
    • Shipping time: 3–8 business days

Total expected timeline: 4–10 business days from order to delivery.

  • Standard shipping to US, Canada, UK, and Australia is free.
  • Express shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • Digital products have no shipping cost.
  1. Delivery Terms

3.1 Processing Time

Orders begin production after receiving your customization/photo.
Processing takes 1–2 business days.

3.2 Change of Address

We can update the shipping address before shipment.
Email us immediately if details need updating.

3.3 Possible Delays

Rarely, seasonal volume or carrier issues may add 1–2 extra days.

  1. Tracking Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Carriers may include UPS, USPS, FedEx, or international partners.

  1. Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives damaged:

    1. Take photos of product + packaging

    3. If possible, refuse delivery so it returns to sender

We will replace or refund the item after review.

  1. Duties & Taxes
  • U.S. customers: Taxes are included at checkout.
  • Canada, U.K., Australia: Import duties/taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
  1. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before artwork begins.
After production starts, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of our artwork.

  1. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your package appears delayed:

    • Contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
    • If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
